Registration

Plum Tree Montessori School is full for the 2026-2027 school year. If interested in registering for our waiting list, please follow the instructions below.

To register with us, please choose the appropriate form below and submit the completed form. We will be charging the non-refundable $75 registration fee with all registration forms, including being added to our wait list. The $75 registration fee does not guarantee a spot.

Infant Registration 6 Weeks-12 months

Toddler Transition Registration 12 Months-18 Months

Toddler Registration 18 Months-3 Years

Primary Registration 3-6 Years

Priority is given to 5 Full Day Enrollment.
