To register with us, please choose the appropriate form below and submit the completed form. Do not return the $75 registration fee as it is non-refundable registration.  If we are able to offer enrollment, the registration fee would be invoiced at that time.

Infant Registration 6 Weeks-12 months

Toddler Transition Registration 12 Months-18 Months

Toddler Registration 18 Months-3 Years

Primary Registration 3-6 Years

Priority is given to 5 Full Day Enrollment.
